As your IIN Health Coach, I'll be your supportive mentor and wellness champion. We'll create an environment of trust that will allow you to laser in on your life and health goals and then execute lasting changes that support those goals. When you commit to work with me, I'll tailor a wellness agreement that is designed specifically for YOU. I'll do this through listening deeply during our health history session. Relationships, exercise, career, and spirituality are just as important to your health as the food you eat. As your IIN Health Coach, I understand this and take a holistic approach to supporting you, the whole person.

My 10-Step Holistic Process to Health and Wellness. 




Step Description
1-Consult  Free 1 hr health consultation via skype phone, or in person 
2-Trust   During consult, I listen deeply and with compassion while asking clarifying and thought provoking questions.  Together, we create a safe space for you to explore areas you may not have thought were related to the issue that brought you to me
3-Identify  When trust is established, it is that much easier for you to identify core issues holding you back from wellness
4-Customize  Each session, you and I customize a plan which consists of 1,2, or 3 action steps designed to move you toward your health and wellness goals
5-Practice  After our sessions, you go back to your life and put into practice the action steps set forth - see what fits and what does not
6-Monitor  As your IIN Health Coach one of my functions is to monitor your progress and growth.  I use a re-visit form that you fill out before each session.  You will fill this out prior to our meeting so that I can go over it beforehand to better serve your progress
7-Check-In  Each session, I ask you what is new and good and your answers springboard you to the exploration and identification areas
8-Acknowledge  I champion you and your journey by consistent acknowledgement of your progress (even the baby steps)
9-Evaluate  At check points we establish during the onset of our coaching agreement, we evaluate your progress toward your goals so that we can determine the length of your program
10-Thrive  When YOU feel you are thriving, you may still want to continue working with me so that you can soar to new heights you never dreamed possible

Here are some concepts that we will explore during our work together:

Integrative Nutrition Plate†

The Integrative Nutrition Plate emphasizes the importance of local and organic produce, whole grains, high-quality proteins, plant-based fats, and water. It shows you how a plate should appear at mealtime and emphasizes the importance of proportions and portion size. To complete the picture, the plate is surrounded with lifestyle factors that create optimal health: relationship, career, physical activity and spirituality. I’ll introduce you to some of the healthiest foods on the planet and teach you how to find what’s healthiest for your unique body!

Primary Food†

It’s easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It’s not just the food we eat that affects our health, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity, and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. When these primary foods are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary. I will support you in achieving all of your goals, from eating the right foods for your body to living an inspired, fulfilling life.

Bio-IINdividuality*

The concept of Bio-IINndividuality is the idea that each of us has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. Working on the principle of bio-individuality, I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background.

Crowding Out††

Many nutrition experts give their clients a list of foods to avoid and foods to eat, which explains why so many people are turned off by nutrition. My approach is different – by eating and drinking foods that are good for you, you will naturally have less room and desire for unhealthy foods. Simply put, you will crowd out the unhealthy food in your diet. This takes a little practice to make happen, but I will support you along the way.



Deconstructing Cravings††

Cravings play a critical role in understanding what your body needs and shouldn’t be ignored. When you learn how to deconstruct your cravings and understand what they’re really telling you, you will be able to reclaim a sense of balance and harmony.
